Natural Gas Filters FM

FILTERS FM
“FM” are suitable to handle large volumes of gas and are used to remove suspended solids in these streams even small amount of water.
The cartridges are of the extended area type with retention from 0,3 microns.
The in-line connections allows to install these filters in already built gas lines.
Housings are manufactured under the ASME code in 150#, 300#, 600#, 900# ratings.

APPLICATIONS
Very useful in regulation and measure points.

CHARACTERISTICS THE FILTRATION ELEMENT

The media of these elements is made of pleated cellulose paper resin impregnated or with stainless steel wire mesh.
Central core, outer protection and end caps in galvanized steel or stainless steel.

"FEM" ELEMENTS

Drain and vent valves, pressure gauges, differential pressure gauges, ruptur disc, thermometers, etc.

VESSELS CHARACTERISTICS

Due to its compact design and in-line connection may be installed in any process line
Connection options are ANSI or API flanges. Special connections on demand.
Body material: Seamless tube or rolled carbon steel plate.
Internal and external protection may include epoxi paints, rubber, neoprene, polyamide, PTFE, etc.
A DAVIT for the elevation of big covers are supplied as standard.
Gaskets: natural fibers, metallic, elastomer, etc.
